Love LOVE! For starters, the entire staff is so friendly and professional and makes you feel very welcome. Lauren, my stylist, is amazing and I highly recommend her. As well all know, life can become chaotic, and unexpected things occur. I appreciate how professional, and understanding the entire staff is when it comes to rescheduling, even being able to squeeze me in last minute! Unfortunately, my car battery died when I was about to leave for a morning apt I had made with Lauren. I then reluctantly had to cancel. Lauren was SO understanding, and went above and beyond by offering to squeeze me in after her last scheduled apt for the day. Stylists at m Castelli studio treat you like more than just a client, you?re a priority.
